LESSONS PADDLE SURF

SUP Activacostablanca offers lessons to learn the new trendy sport here on the coast, Paddle Surf.

1.Knowledge about the equipment, such as board, paddle, leash etc.SUP

2. Eplanation on the beach about the teoretic knowledge one should learn before entering the water, such as safety, currents, wind factor, respect towards swimmers and others.

3. warm up and correct usage of the paddle and positon on the board fro maximum stability!

4. Finally having fun in the water on the board, learning how to make good turns and the right fall into the water….Have Fun!

PRICES

The lesons include all material, such as the board, the paddle, and if necessary the leash and neopren, as well as wests (for children a must!)

BEGINNER LESSON TO PADDLE SURF 1 and a HALF HOUR for 25.– EUROS

BEGINNER LESSON HOW TO SURF WAVES with the PADDLE BOARD 1 hour 35.– EUROS

All lessons given by a licended teacher with lots of experience

Normally the lessons are given in DENIA, but if you are staying in another village on the Coast and would like to start there, we can come to JAVEA, MORAIRA, BENISSA, CALPE, ALTEA
